The horror doll movie Annabelle will arrive in Italian cinemas in October.
Directed by John R. Leonetti, Annabelle is the spin-off of The Summoning (The Conjuring) directed by James Wan in 2013. The latter is involved in Leonetti's film as producer, while Gary Dauberman handled the screenplay.

As can be seen from the video at the bottom of the article, John gives the Annabelle doll to his wife who is happy to include it in her doll collection. The spirit that haunts the doll will not be long in manifesting itself by unleashing terror and death.
The doll Annabelle, which gives the film its name, has already been featured in some of the most disturbing sequences in The Conjuring.
The cast includes Annabelle Wallis, Ward Horton, Gabriel Batema, Eric Ladin, Alfre Woodard, Shiloh Nelson, Paige Diaz, Tree O'Toole, and Trampas Thompson.
The exact date of distribution in Italian theaters is awaited.
