Warner Bros. has released the first clip from Annabelle 3 (aka Annabelle Comes Home), the evil doll movie that will arrive in Italian theaters on July 3, 2019.
The film marks the directorial debut of Gary Dauberman, the screenwriter of the first two spin-off chapters (consisting of Annabelle and Annabelle: Creation) dedicated to the devilish doll from the universe of The Conjuring.
In Annabelle 3 Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga again play Mr. and Mrs. Warren. To prevent Annabelle's demonic spirit from continuing to reap victims, the two demonologists classify the doll as a “demonic object” and, locked in a glass case, store it in their artifact room, a place where it will not be able to harm anyone. For the Warrens, however, the night will be inauspicious because, despite its preservation, the doll will succeed in awakening the malevolent entities imprisoned there. The evil this time will choose Judy (McKenna Grace), the daughter of the demonologists and her friends, as its target.
Produced by James Wan's Atomic Monster in collaboration with Peter Safran, Annabelle 3 Is written by Gary Dauberman himself.
In addition to the two aforementioned actors, the cast also includes Madison Iseman (Little Chills 2: The Ghosts of Halloween), McKenna Grace (The Haunting of Hill House) and Katie Sarife. The soundtrack is by Joseph Bishara (The Conjuring).
