A peculiar new poster of American Horror Story: Freak Show, the fourth season of the U.S. television series (rumored to be the final one) created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk and set to debut in America next month on Oct. 8 on the FX channel.
Year 1952. The story of American Horror Story: Freak Show takes place in Jupiter, a small Florida town. A group of circus performers arrives in town on the very day of the birth of a dark entity that will threaten the lives of the townspeople and the wandering performers. Reaching a farmhouse, Elsa Mars, the circus owner (a former cabaret performer), will make a macabre discovery that may or may not turn around the fortunes of her now declining business.
Starring in the story is Jessica Lange as Elsa Mars. In addition to Jessica Lange there will be other actors from previous seasons such as Naomi Grossman, Evan Peters who will play a man whose hands are replaced by crab claws, while Kathy Bates will cover the role of his mother. In addition to the aforementioned actors, the cast will include Sarah Paulson (the Siamese twins), Emma Roberts, John Carol Lynch, Frances Conroy, Angela Bassett (the woman with three breasts), Gabourey Sidibe, Denis O'Hare, Jamie Brewer, Michael Chiklis and Matt Bomer.
The executive producers of this fourth season are Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, Tim Minear, Dante Di Loreto, James Wong, Jennifer Salt and Brad Buecker.
American Horror Story: Freak Show Follows the first three seasons: Murder House, Asylum and Coven.
