Italian extreme horror American Guinea Pig: Sacrifice (Italy - 2017) comes to home video thanks to the label extreme Unearthed Films which is distributing it on DVD and Blu-ray starting from the'September 11, 2018. Directed by Italian actress, performer and model Poison Rouge, American Guinea Pig: Sacrifice is the fourth installment of the American saga (inspired by the films Guinea Pig by Hideshi Hino) conceived by Stephen Biro.
Sacrifice is produced by Domiziano Cristopharo (House of Flesh Mannequins, Hyde's Secret Nightmare, Red Krokodil), who also handled the photography while the script is by Samuel Marolla.
The cast instead includes Roberto Scorza and Flora Giannattasio.
Plot: Tired of living, a self-injurer (Roberto Scorza) addicted to drugs takes refuge in his pain world. His unhealthy love of suffering will lead him to lose himself in the meanders of pain and madness. Among the sick thoughts that ravage him he will try to make sense of his existence now on the brink of the precipice.
