In Bloodshock, un uomo (Dan Ellis) si ritrova all'interno di una struttura di igiene mentale abbandonata. Divenuto cavia per esperimenti medici contro la sua volonta, subirà le più svariate torture fisiche e psicologiche che serviranno a testare il livello della soglia di sopportazione del dolore e quindi anche della resistenza fisica di un essere umano.
