Prodotto da Tara Farney e Tripp Vinson (i produttori de "L’esorcismo di Emily Rose" e de "Il Rito"), The Prodigy - The Son of Evil is directed by Nicholas McCarthy (The Pact, Beyond Evil) on a signature screenplay by Jeff Buhler (Next Stop: Hell, Pet Sematary - 2019).
The protagonist of the story is Miles (Jackson Robert Scott), an eight-year-old boy who suddenly begins to manifest terrifying abilities. Concerned about her son's strange behavior, his mother (Taylor Schilling) fears that Miles is being dominated by a supernatural force, so she decides to have him hypnotized.
