Survival thriller release date postponed 47 Meters: Uncaged (UK - 2019). The sequel to the successful 47 Meters (2017) will not be released the first days of July as previously communicated but will have a new date that will be announced soon.
Soon the film will arrive with Adler Entertainment on all major video-on-demand platforms: Amazon Prime Video, Google Play, iTunes, Xbox, Sony Playstation, Chili, and Rakuten.
47 Meters: Uncaged (aka 47 Meters Down: Uncaged) is the sequel to 47 Meters by Johannes Roberts (The Strangers: Prey at Night, The Other Side of the Door), who is directing this claustrophobic new shark chapter. The screenplay was written by the director himself in collaboration with Ernest Riera, the co-writer of 47 Meters.
47 Meters: Uncaged stars Corinne Foxx and Sistine Stallone, the daughters of Jamie Foxx and Sylvester Stallone, respectively.
Also in the cast are John Corbett (Sex in the City), Nia Long (Empire), Sophie Nelisse (Story of a Book Thief), Khylin Rhambo (Teen Wolf), Brianne Tju ("Scream" TV series), Davi Santos (Polaroid), Corinne Foxx and Sistine Stallone.
Plot: Coast of Brazil, Recife. Four girls organize to go scuba diving among the ruins of an underwater city, but their adventure will turn into a nightmare when they realize they are not alone in that silent world. Terror will drive them into claustrophobic underwater labyrinths that are unfortunately occupied by the ocean's deadliest shark species.
