Più di ventisei i registi coinvolti in questo progetto la cui data, per il mercato del video on demand, è fissata per il 2 ottobre prossimo, mentre per il 31 ottobre è prevista la distribuzione nelle sale americane grazie a Magnet e Drafthouse Films.
Come nel capitolo precedente, The ABC’s of Death del 2012, il titolo di ciascun segmento fa riferimento a una delle lettere dell’alfabeto anglosassone. The ABC’s of Death 2 è prodotto da Tim League e Ant Timpson in collaborazione con i produttori associati Todd Brown, Marc Walkow, Mitch Davis e Ted Geoghegan.
